The background

I spent five years as a military intelligence analyst at the Ministry of Defence. The work was structured analysis under uncertainty—Pattern of Life assessments, PMESII-ASCOPE frameworks, OODA-loop decision cycles. The kind of analytical doctrine nation-states use when the stakes are high enough to demand rigour.

After leaving, I spent a decade applying that same structured thinking to commercial strategy. IHG, where a data and analytics programme contributed to £173M in annual revenue growth. Randstad, where I led a cloud migration and rebuilt the marketing intelligence function. The Gap Partnership. The MOD in a civilian capacity. Then Capgemini Invent, where I now work as a Senior Strategy and Transformation Consultant on global programmes.

The methodology didn't change. The application did.

In 2025, I started building Knox Holding Company—eight AI-powered subsidiaries, each doing one thing exceptionally well. Intelligence, growth, creative, labs, operations, advisory, media, talent. All orchestrated through the same intelligence-grade methodology.
